Christmas singing and wreath making activities were held over three days from December 16 through 18 at six temporary housing complexes in Otsuchi. Reservation taking was handled by Otsuchi local volunteers and preserved flowers and other wreath materials were kindly prepared by Hibiyakadan flower shop (Morioka).
